Three agents · one backlog ·human keeps the merge

Agents that ship
your backlog.

We design and build AI automation, autonomous agents and the software around them — from the first architecture sketch to production, with the people who wrote it still on the call.

No retainers for activity. Working systems, source code, and the team that built it.

    AI Automation

Agentic workflows that take real operational work off human hands.

  • 02

    AI Engineering

RAG, evaluation harnesses and guardrails built into your product.

  • 03

    Software

APIs, data models and platform services, end to end.

  • 04

    Web

Fast, accessible applications on modern React.

Our products

Software we built for ourselves. Now you can use it too.

Two applications, both live, both born out of work we needed done. One takes the mechanical half of software delivery off your team. The other redesigns the document your career is judged on.

Agents

An autonomous software delivery team.

Three specialised agents work the same backlog: one implements the ticket, one tests it, one reviews the pull request. It runs on the repository you already have, and your engineers keep the merge.

  • SDE agent

    Implements the work item

  • QA agent

    Tests the work item

  • PR Review agent

    Reviews the pull request

Two things we do for free

We build your site at no cost, and our own CRM is free with unlimited users and contacts. The hosting price after the free period is stated here rather than saved for a later conversation.

Capabilities

What we are good at

Six claims we are willing to be held to. Each one is a thing you can check in the code we hand over.

Agent systems that survive contact with real backlogs

Not a demo loop on a clean example. Step budgets, explicit termination conditions, retries with compensation, and a human checkpoint in front of anything irreversible.

RAG that returns citations, not vibes

Hybrid retrieval with reranking, permission filtering applied at query time, and every answer traceable back to the exact chunk it came from — so a wrong answer is debuggable.

Evaluations before opinions

Golden datasets, scored regression runs in CI, and thresholds agreed before launch. A prompt change either improves the number or it does not ship.

Systems designed for their second year

Service boundaries, data models and migration paths chosen so the fourth feature is not harder to build than the first. Architecture decisions written down, not remembered.

Performance treated as a budget

JavaScript payload and Core Web Vitals limits set at the start and enforced in CI, measured on throttled mobile hardware rather than a developer laptop.

Handover as a deliverable, not a favour

Your repositories, your cloud accounts, your CI. Runbooks, architecture notes and a working session with your engineers, so continuing without us is a real option.

Process

How the work runs

Five stages. The point of the order is that the riskiest unknown gets tested early, while changing direction is still cheap.

  1. Discovery and technical shaping

We work out what is actually being asked for, what already exists, and where the risk sits. The output is a domain model, a set of boundaries and a sequence that tackles the most uncertain part first rather than last.

  2. Prototype or spike

Before anyone commits to a full build, we prove the hard part on your real data in a time-boxed spike. You get a measured baseline for quality, latency and cost — and an honest answer if the approach will not work.

  3. Build in reviewable increments

Two-week cycles, each ending in something deployable. Small pull requests against your branching model, demos rather than status reports, and scope adjusted on evidence from working software.

  4. Evaluate and harden

Regression suites, load and failure testing, and for AI systems the evaluation harness, guardrails and cost ceilings. We deliberately try to break it before your users find the same edges.

  5. Ship and support

Deployment through a pipeline your team controls, with monitoring and alerting mapped to real user impact. Then documentation, a runbook and a handover session — with ongoing support if you want it.

Stack

What we build with

Chosen per project against your constraints and what your team can maintain after we hand over — never because something is new.

Prompt Injection in Agent Systems: Trust Boundaries, Not Detectors

An injection is not a jailbreak and it is not a prompt problem: a model enforces no boundary between the instructions it should obey and the data it should only read. The fix is an access-control one — break the capability combination, resolve the plan before exposure, carry provenance in code, and treat the renderer as an egress boundary.

Agent Step Budgets: Stopping a Run Without Losing the Work

A cap that raises an exception throws away everything the run learned; a cap reported as success hides the gap. Where the step counter belongs, how to see a loop before it reaches the ceiling, and what a truncated run owes the caller.

Flaky End-to-End Tests: Isolation, Determinism and Quarantine

A test that fails one run in four and passes on re-run is usually a defect with a working alarm. Retries hide the evidence, quarantine files it — and the classification decides which fix you actually need.
